You literally see the fruits of your labor. It’s a precious moment as you feel a deep sense of gratitude. Because it takes a perfect amalgamation of different elements to lead to this wonderful outcome, it is a privilege to partake in that process.
Harvesting heightens all the senses… you savour the beauty – the colours, the form; you feel it with your hands – the weightiness, the cool exterior; you take in its fragrance… and can’t wait to taste it and even share it with others.
When someone whom you are leader to, finally realise their potential, it is absolutely gratifying. It’s pure joy!
